他にお客もいなく、15分でオイル交換できるって張り紙してあるのに小一時間もかけてくれてほんと感謝です。

・オイル交換の時にトラブルになりました。非常に悪質性が高く、オイル交換はおすすめ出来ません。
・オイル交換とエレメント交換をお願いしましたが、支払い後に明細を確認するとエンジン内部洗浄が施され課金されていました。直接問い合わせすると、エンジン内部洗浄については予め説明済みで、合意済みであると虚偽の返答がありました。
・また、エンジンオイル交換のみを依頼しているのに、オートマ用のオイル交換が必要です、見てくださいこの色を、とのご連絡がありました。しかし、オートマオイルの点検などは依頼しておらず、オートマオイルを抜いており、異物が混合する可能性がありました。オートマオイルはエンジンオイルと違い、異物の混入により故障のリスクが高まるもので、不必要かつリスクのある作業をなんの合意・連絡もなしに行い、今すぐ交換しないと故障しますと、ありました。これは押し売りに分類される非常に悪質な販売です。安心しておまかせしているのにも関わらず、こんな業者が今の時代に営業しているなど言語道断です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NANACOが使用でき、しかも会員価格で給油できるのでよく利用しています。残念なのは洗車コーナで、人気がありますが、全体的に価格が高いし、洗車機がよく故障する。なので、待ち時間が長いことが多いです。
I often use it because I can use NANACO and refuel at the member price. Unfortunately, car wash corners are popular, but overall they are expensive and car wash machines often break down. Therefore, the waiting time is often long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日、手洗い洗車のプレミアムをお願いしましたが、ボディに汚れが残っていたり、ホイールは洗ったのか疑う位の仕上がりでした。
会計を済ませた後になってしまいましたが、納得出来ず仕上がりについて話を責任者と思われる方に確認して貰おうとしましたが、来たのは担当者。担当者にこの仕上げですか？と問うもすみませんのみ。その場で汚れをタオルで落とそうとするので、傷をつけられたく無いので断り、自分でその後汚れを落としました。
以前も一度お願いした時は、とても満足しましたが、今日はとても残念でした。
対応も責任者と思われる方は見にも来ないし。
残念ですが、二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗車機や洗車した車内を掃除したり車外を手入れできるスペースもあり広めのガソリンスタンドです。
ただ、洗車機付近はやたら滑りやすいので注意が必要です！先日このガソリンスタンドを利用した際、足を滑らせ転倒し手術が必要な骨折(怪我)をしました。
給油はセルフだからか、外に居る店員が限られていて１人。居ても２人。交差点にあるガソリンスタンドで結構お客さん入る所なのに、、安全面が不足していてがっかり。
