★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過去数十の美容室で髪を切った中でリピートしたことはありませんでしたが、匠和で一回切っていただいてからは、遠方に引っ越した後も匠和まで足を運んでおります。私は髪の量が多く、今まで他の美容室で様々な美容師の方に切っていただいたときもカットが難しいようで仕上がりも理想と遠いものとなることが多かったですが、匠和では初回から望んだ（私に合った）髪形にしていただき、その後も２０回以上毎回満足しております。
In the past, I had never repeated haircuts at dozens of hair salons, but since I cut it once at Takuwa, I moved to Takuwa after moving away. I have a lot of hair, and until now, when it was cut by various hairdressers at other beauty salons, it seemed difficult to cut and the finish was often far from ideal. Then, I had the hairstyle that I wanted from the first time (suited to me), and since then I have been satisfied more than 20 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3ヶ月ほど前に行きましたが、所要時間僅か30分程で全て終了。出来はというと、バリカンの使い方が甘く、床屋ではあるまじき刈り損ねたポヨ毛が多数。接客態度についても、客の要望と店員本人の都合が合致するときはやたら良い態度をとり、そうでない場合(面倒臭いなど)はあからさまに難色を見せるという最悪なものでした。
高くて早くて雑なお店(その店員だけかもしれませんが)という印象です。
他の方の高い評価を見て行ったのですが、店側は客を選んで態度や仕事を変えているんでしょうか？

I went about 3 months ago, but it took only 30 minutes to complete. As for the result, how to use clippers is sweet, and there are many poyo hairs that the barbers have missed. As for customer service attitude, it was the worst thing to take when the customer's request and the convenience of the store clerk agreed, and when it wasn't (such as troublesome smell), it was overwhelming.
The impression is that the shop is expensive, fast, and miscellaneous (maybe only the clerk).
I looked at other people's high evaluations. Is the store changing their attitude and work by choosing customers?
I won't go twice.

I had you fade. I was relieved to be entrusted with careful counseling and good work.
