こういう場所の店で食べれるのは良い。
ランチは半ライスが無料。
お腹いっぱいになれるので食べ盛りな人には良い店。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 盛岡市内や北上に数店舗展開している「はつがい」の系譜のつけ麺屋さんらしいです。確かにその系統の所謂正統派のつけ麺です。麺は中盛までがサービスでライスもサービス。メニューもそれなりに豊富なのですが、全体的にお値段が少し高めなので、量少なめでワンコイン程度のメニューがあれば家族や子供連れでも利用しやすいかなと思います。

Noodles are served up to Nakamori and rice is also served. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昇龍つけ麺(税込800)円を頂いてきました。
魚介系スープに太めの麺。この組み合わせが予想以上になじんでいて満足度高かったですね。
思わず「うまっ！」と声が漏れちゃいました(笑)
スープをそのまま飲みますと塩気が強いです。
しかし、卓上には「割り湯」が常備されており、アフターフォローもしっかりしてるなと思いました。
量は並盛か中盛か選べ、値段に変動はありません。
また、小ライスもサービスでつけられます。
駐車場は店舗左手。
券売機は店内入ってすぐのところにあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昇龍つけめんをオーダー。濃厚な魚介豚骨のスープと、全粒粉らしき太麺が合わさりとても美味しかったです。只、今回熱盛を頼みましたが茹で上がりをそのまま器に盛っているので熱々なのは凄く良かったのですが、麺の外側がデンプンでベトついて食べる時に気になりました。軽く麺を洗って表面のデンプンを落とした後、お湯等で麺を熱くすればもっと美味しくなると思いました。

麺は並盛りと中盛りが同一価格です。
つけ汁は濃厚な魚介豚骨でしょう。ラー油や酢で味を変えながら食べるのがおすすめだそうです。
スタッフは元気。都南のはつがいにそっくりな印象です。

駐車場は隣の民家の塀と店舗の間にあります。結構狭めなので注意が必要です。
お店の扉入ってすぐに券売機が置いてあります。
今回はつけ麺を頼みました。
並盛りと中盛り、熱盛と冷盛、半ライスの有無
から選べます。
味は魚介系の王道スープで麺にしっかり絡みおいしくいただけます。
