煮干し出しのお店が少ないなか、病み付きに香りますが懐かしくとても美味しいかった!替え玉がストレート麺で二度楽しめます!

背脂煮干しそば、美味しかったです。ごはんも雑穀が入っていてこだわりを感じます。店内は基本おしゃべり厳禁で、食べたらすぐに退店してほしいとのことです。券売機近くにセルフお冷あり。駐車場は店前に2、3台停めれます。大体のひとは店斜め向かいのサンデー駐車場に停めてるんじゃないかな?たぶんだけど。あと座席近くに煮干しが入った段ボール置いてるけど危ないと思うよ。意識高い感じ出したいんだろうけどね笑。

盛岡で美味しいと評判を聞いて訪問しました 海老そばを頂きましまが、丁寧に作られたであろうスープはコクがあり確かに美味しかったです ただクタ気味の自家製中太麺は存在感が希薄でスープに負けてしまい海老そばとは感じられませんでした…濃厚な海老スープにオマケで麺入ってます状態で残念でした 仙台市の麺龍さん、ラーメンoneさんのような濃厚な海老スープに合う麺を開発して欲しいです

海老そばとチーズガーリックご飯食べました! ここの海老そばはとにかく美味しい! スープが濃厚、麺との相性も抜群で、何杯でも食べられちゃいます(笑) ご飯は初めて食べてみましたが、雑穀米でもこんなに美味しいのかとびっくり! スープと混ぜておじや風にしても美味しかった! ここは何度もリピート中です! 次は煮干し系も食べてみます(*^^*)

久方ぶりの訪問です。 食べたかった最凶煮干しが無かったので、コク煮干しを頂きました。スープはもちろん、チャーシュー、メンマ、煮卵、細麺 それらのバランスが全てパーフェクト‼️ 個人的に トッピング玉ねぎが苦手なので、長ネギ多めで次回はお願いできたら幸いです? 感染対策もバッチリで安心です。

ラーメン屋さんです。 駐車場は、店の前に2台駐車可能です。 比較的駐車場は少なく、また駐車し難いと思います。 食券製です。 店内は、カウンター席が5席、テーブル席が2席、小上りの座敷席が1席ありました。お水は、セルフです。 この店の特徴として無添加(化学調味料不使用)のようです。 身体に気を使いたい方にも優しいラーメン屋です。 「コク煮干そば」をいただきました。 濃いめの煮干しのスープで、綺麗にラーメンも盛り付けられて、見た目も美味しそうなラーメンでした。 醤油ベースの煮干しのスープで、少し甘みもあり煮干しの風味も感じられ美味しかったです。麺は、ストレート麺で、歯切れのよい麺でした。カイワレダイコンや玉ねぎものっていていいアクセントになっていました。 丁寧に作り込まれていていると感じる一品でした。限定麺を定期的にやっていたり、気になるメニューも複数あったのでまた行きたいです。 追記 再度、来店し「最凶煮干そば」と「チーズガーリックごはん」をいただきました。最凶煮干しそばは、不定期提供のメニューのようです。 再凶煮干しそばは、前回食べた「コク煮干しそば」と見た目は同じ感じでしたが、煮干し感が更につよく、ガツンと煮干しがきいたスープでした。 煮干し好きな自分として嬉しかったです。 器の端に、コチュジャンのような辛味がついていて、それをスープにとかすと辛味が加わり更に美味しかったです。 チーズガーリックごはんは、ごはんは五穀米を使用していて、ご飯の上にガーリックチップと粉チーズがかかっていました。 ガーリックチップのサクサクとした食感があり美味しかったです。スープをかけておじやのようにして食べたましたが、スープとご飯との組み合わせも抜群でした。

I was happy as a person who loves dried sardines. There was a spicy taste like gochujang on the end of the bowl, and when it was dissolved in the soup, the spicy taste was added and it was even more delicious. Cheese garlic rice used five-grain rice, and garlic chips and grated cheese were hung on top of the rice. The crispy texture of the garlic chips was delicious. I sprinkled the soup and ate it like an uncle, but the combination of soup and rice was also excellent.

貝汁旨味そば味玉 昼の営業終了間際に行ったので、待たずに食べられました。 キレイに盛り付けられていて、出てきた時に「美味しそう〜おいしそう~」と2回繰返し。蛤出汁は、よく味わえばわかります。
