★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シルバーウィーク最終日、ひょんなことからこちらの店で食事する事となり、家族で伺いました。
豚カツを売りにする店はたくさんあり、そのお店の見栄えや接客、そして味は運営する母体の会社の行く末を左右する大切な要素です。
私が食べて感じたのは（個人の感想です）、油？大丈夫？でした。ロースもヒレも食べましたが、非常に油が気になりました！まあロースを食べておいて油の事言うのも…ですが、最初から最後まで油が気になり、本来の味を楽しめませんでした。誇大で無ければ、素材は良いものを使ってる。でもそういうところじゃないんですよね、なんだろ？油？作り方？
他の形態のお店も展開されてるようてすが…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご飯と味噌汁とキャベツはおかわりできるようです。でも、香の物はないのでちょっとさびしいかなと思いました。メインで食べた唐揚げは普通で大きくなく食べやすいと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての訪問で豚カツでは無く富士山唐揚げをレギュラーで頼みました。
鳥が国産では無いのか少し臭みあり胸と腿の肉を使ってるように思いました。
ボリュームが凄くハーフでも良かったと思います。
臭み無ければ4つにしましたが３つですね。
昔、尾張旭市にあった貴の屋？を思い出しましたね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とんかつ自体はカラッと揚げてあり美味しいのですが、ご飯、キャベツ、しじみの味噌汁がおかわり自由な分、最初の量が少なく、おかわりが面倒に感じます。価格的にも見本はヒレカツ3個でありながら価格は2個の価格で表示されており、店内でメニューを見ないと気付かなかったので少し不信感を抱きました。最終的にこの価格になるのであれば、松のややかつやで済ますか、マメゾンに行きます。

店の清潔さ 料理の味には問題ないが店員が最低。
おかわりするために呼んでも全然来ないで店員同士で話している。
聞こえてないのかと思い何回か呼んだら無言でやってくる。
店員の態度にとても腹がたったので評価を下げました。
料理がいくら美味しくても店員の態度のせいで後味悪くなりました。

牛タンのお店と迷いましたが、カツが食べたくて入り、黒豚ロースかつ定食(90g)と
ロースかつとじ鍋定食を注文しました。
以外と90gでも十分な量で 柔らかくて
美味しゅうございました。
ご飯も美味しいですが キャベツの
ドレッシングが 青じそ入りで あまり
合いませんでした。
また、味噌汁がしじみ汁ですが とんかつ屋さんは、普通の赤だしで 勝負して欲しいです。
しじみ汁の方が手間が かかるので
違う所に力を入れると 人気が出るかと……
