Coffee = 4 stars
Too much mayonnaise on the chicken salad sandwich. The coffee is surprisingly good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding food and service! I am here in business and have eaten here many times. The staff and manager are always very accommodating even though I do not speak Japanese. I try a different menu item each time and haven’t been disappointed yet. Favorite so far is the Royal Milk Tea Pancakes. The manager Tomohiro-San always checks on me to see how things are. Highly recommend if visiting the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for kids due to outdoor seating, location, and menu. My child and I shared ricotta pancakes and a chicken avocado salad. The salad had a bit too much dressing and came after the pancakes (opposite what I asked). Also a bit pricey for drinks (450¥ for coffee if not a set). However, considering location I can understand the price point. Would definitely go here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive. Restaurant wasn’t busy but food took 30 minutes. I wasn’t offered a child seat until food came. Ordered drink set but was charged for drink. Pancakes were ordinary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is right next to the much hyped eggs and things. I personally feel this shop gives more value for money. The pancakes were delicious and the view on minatomirai coast was good. Would recommend this place for a nice date.

Terrace seats seem popular, but pay attention, sometimes pigeons come to your seats to try to peck delicious pancake!
Pancake itself was fluffy one and delicious so much! would like to visit there again if I have a chance...:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time having lunch here and it was amaaaaazing‼️ My expectation was exceeded‼️ The food, the menu , the atmosphere were great?cozy ambience and deeeeeeeelicious pancakes‼️ the best I've had ‼️ I tried Japanese pancakes here for the first time and they're now my favorite ‼️‼️I'll be back soon‼️???
