★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 令和３年２月に右脚付け根の腫瘍と右脇腹の皮下腫瘍の切除手術を形成外科の上田百蔵先生にお願いしました。
一見気難しそうな感じでしたが、手術の上手さや、術前の説明をしっかりして頂き無事手術は成功しました。術後の入院中も、とても親身に回診して貰って気持ち良く退院出来ました。このような先生の居る近くに住めて安心してます。
一般外来も来ますが、会計に時間が掛かり過ぎるのが、ちょっとマイナスです。

At first glance, it seemed difficult, but the surgery was successful because of the goodness of the surgery and the explanation before the surgery. Even during the postoperative hospitalization, I was able to leave the hospital comfortably because I had a very friendly round trip. I am relieved to live near such a teacher.
General outpatients also come, but it is a little negative that accounting takes too much time.

有名な循環器を受診しました。診察も治療も丁寧な対応で満足できるレベルでした。看護師さんの対応も迅速でした。
ただ朝は入退院の入れ替えでバタバタしてますね。
どこの病院でもセカンドオピニオンで受診するとより客観的に見て頂けるので良いのかもしれませんね。
あとは検査の正確さ(画像等も含む)や専門家の分析力と医師の判断だと思います。
私の以前の病院では診断は正しかったようですが、治療方針を医師が悩んでしまって決めれなかったようです。
これも経験値を含むデータの収集力やそれを元にした分析力の違いが出るのかもしれません。症例数も参考になるかもしれません。
1番は信頼のおける主治医を探す事でしょう。
探すのは大変ですけど、自分の命を預ける人ですから比較検討が必要ではないでしょうか？全ての医師は神ではないですから！

I visited a famous cardiovascular system. The medical examination and treatment were at a satisfactory level with a polite response. The nurse's response was also quick.
However, in the morning, I'm fluttering with the replacement of hospitalization and discharge.
It may be good to have a second opinion at any hospital so that you can see it more objectively.
I think the rest is the accuracy of the test (including images), the analytical power of experts, and the judgment of doctors.
The diagnosis seemed to be correct at my previous hospital, but it seems that the doctor was worried about the treatment policy and could not decide.
This may also make a difference in the ability to collect data including experience points and the ability to analyze based on it. The number of cases may also be helpful.
The first is to find a reliable doctor.
It's hard to find, but since you're the one who entrusts your life, isn't it necessary to make a comparison? Not all doctors are gods!
