８０７年創建なのでかなり古いお寺です。
明治時代に古墳が発見されています。
屋根の上の獅子がとてもかわいいですよ。
It is near Kisera in Kawanishi.
Built in 807, it is a very old temple.
An old burial mound was discovered in the Meiji era.
The lion on the roof is very cute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紫陽花の咲き具合を見るため6/15ごろ訪問。
紫陽花はまだこれからといったところだが、お寺は綺麗に手入れされており気持ちのいい空間だった。
平日の昼間はほとんど来訪者もなく、静かでゆっくりとした時間が流れている。
Visited around June 15 to see how hydrangea blooms.
Hydrangea is still in its infancy, but the temple was nicely maintained and it was a pleasant space.
There are almost no visitors during the daytime on weekdays, and the time is quiet and slow.
