If you contact us because there was a letter of absence, redelivery will be tomorrow. Even though I contacted before 14 o'clock, I wonder if I won't ask for the name of Seino Transportation lately by any means.

他の運送業者を使うべき。
Even though I have specified the time in the morning, I will come to deliver it in the evening. No contact during that time, no apology. Not once or twice. Delay every time.
You should use another carrier.
