o	onion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WIFIが使えない。極小のテレビ。使用できるコンセントが一つ。USB充電なし。温度調整の出来ないお風呂。その他不満しかありませんでした。近隣にホテルが少ないため利用しましたが、そうでなければ使用する事はないでしょう。 I can't use WIFI. A tiny TV. One outlet can be used. No USB charging. A bath where the temperature cannot be adjusted. There were only other complaints. I used it because there are few hotels in the neighborhood, but I wouldn't use it otherwise.
澤	澤井ともこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イルミネーションの帰りに泊まろうと思い、検索したらここのホテルしか空いてなくて、予約しました。予約時の電話対応は丁寧だったのに、当日の受付対応は最悪でした。夜カップラーメンを食べようとポットにお湯を沸かしたのですが、ポットが熱くて子どもが火傷してしまいました。受付の方に氷を貰いに行ったのですが、心配の声かけもなし…。子どもたちは久しぶりのお泊りを楽しみにしてたのに、そんな対応のホテルでがっかりです。まぁ、子どもたちはお泊りで楽しかったようですが。ここしか空いてなかったから、行ったけどもう二度と行かない。 I thought I would stay on the way back from the illuminations, and when I searched, only this hotel was available, so I made a reservation. Although the telephone response at the time of booking was polite, the reception response on the day was the worst. I boiled water in the pot to eat cup ramen at night, but the pot was so hot that my child got burned. I went to the receptionist to get some ice, but I didn't have to worry about it ... The children were looking forward to staying for the first time in a long time, but they were disappointed at such a hotel. Well, the children seemed to enjoy staying. I went there because it was only available here, but I will never go again.
k	kazuya aoki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和にタイムスリップした感がある、受付の時点で失敗したと感じるホテル。三次のグランドホテルとは、えらい違う。他の口コミにもありましたが、シャワー?が最恐に弱すぎる。あちこち掃除が行き届いていない。ベットとベットメイクは良いのに、それを全部の箇所に活かして欲しい。埃が溜まっている所があり、ハウスダストのアレルギーがある人は気をつけて下さい。WiFiもパスワードの無い無料は怖くて使えない。ビジネス向きではないので、最初で最後の宿泊になると思う。 A hotel that feels like you have slipped back in time to the Showa era and feels like you have failed at the time of reception. It's very different from the Grand Hotel in Miyoshi. As mentioned in other reviews, the shower ? is the most terrifyingly weak. Cleaning is not perfect here and there. Bet and bet make-up are good, but I want you to make use of them in all parts. Please be careful if you are allergic to house dust because there is a place where dust is collected. WiFi is scary and can't be used for free without a password. It's not suitable for business, so I think it will be the first and last stay.
ミ	ミッキーライム on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ グランドホテルと言う名前に騙されました。全体的に古く洗面台の鏡は1ヶ所留め具が壊れているのにそのままの状態。クローゼットの上に一時的に洋服を置いておいたらホコリがべったり付いてしまった。掃除は見える所しかやらないの？しかもコロナ禍なのに空気清浄機も置いてないのにビックリした。朝食も和食か洋食か選べたがすごく少ないので男性は絶対足りないと思う。もう行く事はないと思うが、あの程度のホテルなら宿泊代をもっと安くするべき。 I was fooled by the name Grand Hotel. Overall, the mirror of the washbasin is old and remains as it is even though the fastener is broken in one place. When I put my clothes on the closet temporarily, the dust got stuck. Do you only clean where you can see it? Moreover, I was surprised that I didn't have an air purifier even though it was a corona. I could choose Japanese or Western breakfast, but I don't think there are enough men. I don't think I'll go there anymore, but if it's a hotel of that size, the accommodation fee should be cheaper.

N	Nick Oen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are kind and very accommodating. However, the hotel is well past it's prime and in need of renovations. The internet is also painfully slow. You will have to request and pay for breakfast the day prior.
K	Kristin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious for a one bed-suite. The pillow is double-sided (!) so you can use the bean side or the soft side. All the light switches, AC controls, etc. are conveniently located on the headboard so you can lie in bed with your phone charging, while turning the lights off and the AC on ?. Washroom is very clean and toilet seat is heated. They also clean your room every day (you have to be out by 1pm). However the TV is not free, i.e. you can’t watch TV unless you pay, even the news channels, and the wifi is super slow. You’re probably better off using data. The hotel is located a short stroll from a little mall with a grocery store. There is also a book store across the street and a drug store next to the mall.
