★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の口コミでもありましたが、来店した際の対応は良かったのですが、その後が話にならなかったです。こちらから連絡しないと進捗が分からないなど、ほんと最初だけで、時間の無駄だったと思います。
ご丁寧に宣伝の広報物は定期的に送られてきます(；^ω^)
結果として、別な業者に頼みましたが、最初から完成まで親切丁寧でした。
リフォーム会社は良し悪しが、よくわからない事が多いので、是非ご参考に！！

素早い初期対応、予算を考慮して頂いたプラン、とても満足しています。
工事中は少々トラブルがありましたが、そこは営業担当者の人柄で補っていただきました。
追加でトイレの便座交換も依頼することになりましたが、こちらも素早く対応して頂きました。
またリフォームする際はお願いしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 居住棟の給湯器老朽化に伴い、希望者24台を交換。飛込みで見積依頼に伺った時に相手してくれたのが坂田さん。この人私の話を理解されたのかなと不安で帰る。その後同一内容で８社に見積依頼し３社が同額だったので、担当者面接を行った結果、同席の方も気に入ってくれ、「陽だまり工房」さんに発注。工事期間中再三現場を見にきてくれ、安心感を得た居住者が、室内等不具合発生時坂田さんを紹介して欲しいとの要請あり、都度作業を「陽だまり工房」さんにお願いしています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日お願いしていたリフォームが終わりましたが、最初から最後まで押し売りやしつこい営業は全くなく、質問にも丁寧に答えてくれました。
過去の事例や費用、工事のこと、ローンなどの説明もわかりやすかったです。
費用面でもこちらの希望をできるだけ叶えつつ予算内で収まるように、親身になって一緒に考えてくれました。
本社が岩手で、担当の営業の方も岩手の方だそうで、温厚で優しくほんわかした雰囲気でした。
職人さんもとても丁寧で、話しやすかったです。
一部、工事した箇所の小さな修正をお願いしましたが、きちんと直してくれました。
またなにかあればお願いしたいと思っています。
ガツガツした営業、高圧的な営業が苦手な方におすすめです。
お店は、宮城の萩大通りと新寺通りの交差点にあり、かわいい猫のキャラクターがいます。
店内は意外に広く、展示がたくさんあります。
どれも綺麗に手入れされていて、毎日アルコールで拭いているとのことでした。
トイレも清掃が行き届いていてとても綺麗です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、事前に決めていた日程通りに来ない。しかもこちらから指定したわけでも無く、陽だまりさんから指定された日程にもかかわらず、連絡も無くドタキャン。それが１回ではなく、数回あり、こちらはそれに合わせて私の仕事の時間や、妻の仕事の休暇届けを出して日程を組んでいたのに。途中まで工事が進んでいるので、最後まで責任を持ってやってもらいますが、信用はもうありません。まだ途中ではありますが、実際に工事をしてくれた職人さん達は対応も仕事も良かったです。この後の工事の職人さんはどうなのか判りませんが…。この後の工事もちゃんとしてもらえるのかどうかも不安です…。当初は、フルリフォーム等を考えていた知人や友人達にもオススメするつもりだったのですが、ドタキャンばかりされたのでは私の信用も無くしそうなので、紹介できません。
