台風１５号により社前の御神木の大杉が倒伏し、
その根本の空洞の土の中から御眷属(ごけんぞく)
"白狐のミイラ"が出現し、
御眷属社の中に安置されています。

撮りませんでしたが、本殿内にも大きな狐が鎮座しています。
御朱印もいただけますが、お昼は避けた方が良いかと思います。
八方除けに関係するのか九星と恵方を示す石の台座と
各九星のお守りが売られていました。
また、混同しやすいかも知れませんが
こちらは志和“古”稲荷神社です。
志和稲荷神社は左手から奥に入った先になります。

珍しいキツネのミイラも奉ってあります。
目の前で御朱印を書いていただき、貴重な体験となりました。

１６２号線沿いにあります。駐車場は有りです。
昭和29年に御神木大杉の根元から白キツネのミイラが出現されたという神秘的な神社です。
周りは自然豊かで、いるだけで落ち着くような場所です。御神木も、太く長く迫力があります。
初詣でいつもお世話になっています。
例年、初詣の参拝客もおおく、神社周辺には出店なども出店されています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥居をくぐると別世界。辺りには庭園があり、まるでテーマパーク。御朱印も素晴らしい。
