時間をかけてゆっくりと水分を飛ばしているから、キャベツが甘いです。
だけど、味が単調な上、量がスゴいから、途中で飽きてきてしまいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見た目はお好み焼きですが作り方は野菜炒めです。広島焼きではないです。量が多いので調理時間が長くなります。30分〜忙しい時は１時間近く待ちます。

蒸したキャベツとソースと麺のおいしさをフルボリュームで楽しめる。そこに豚肉、イカ天、海鮮トッピング。
すごいボリュームなのに色々な味が楽しく、最後まで飽きさせない。
時折感じる紫蘇の香りが秀逸。

肉玉そば800円でそばダブルが100円追加。
見た目のド迫力とキャベツは普通で作ってもらったが、キャベツの量は無料で増やせる。
確かに皆さんの言われるようにキャベツの量が半端ないので焼いてもらう時間が他店の倍はかかるので時間に余裕がない人はやめた方が良いです。
