先生、看護師はとても親切です。ただ、受付の方が無愛想でとても感じが悪い。特に年配のメガネをかけた方!!すみませんと声を掛けても無視され、もう一度声掛けしても手元の作業を黙々とされており無視。耳が遠いのでしょうか?そういった方が受付をされているのが不思議です。何のために受付の席にいられるのか?

行う検査や薬の内容、予防接種も先生は十分に説明してくれます。とりあえずで抗生剤を出す病院とは違い、必要な分を考えてお薬を出してくれていると思います。とても安心して通えます。 受付の対応は他の評価の通りでビックリするかも知れませんが、先生の良さを思うと慣れてしまいました。 今はコロナの事もあり、受診で混む事なく時間調整してくれます。

他の方も書いてる通り、受け付けのメガネのオバサンは最悪です。診察後に子供が泣いていたら聞こえるように「うるさいな」と言ってきました。なんで小児科の受け付けやってるんですか?我が子がそんな事を言われ、腸が煮えくり返りそうなくらい腹ただしいです。直接言ってやろうかと思いましたが、子供が泣いてたのでやめました。受け付けのメガネのオバサンの顔含めこの事は忘れません。 それから待合室で待ってる時にお客さんから電話が来て電話を取ったあとに「予約は直接出来ますか?って電話来たんだけど。コールセンターに言えよ、まぁここなんだけどね。」とオバサン2人で笑いあってました。ちなみにお客さんには「コールセンターに電話して」と言ってました。本当に人としても最低ですし、お客さんの悪口ばかり言ってて受け付けの仕事楽しいですか? ちなみに先生と看護師さんは親身になって聞いてくれます。とても良い先生なのに、受け付け変えたら病院自体もっと良くなるんじゃないでしょうか。

何度か診察でお世話になっておりますが、先生や看護師さん、受付の方の印象は良かったです。予防接種の順番など受付の方には丁寧に教えて頂いたり、兄弟連れて行った際もよく面倒みてくださりとても助かりました。 発熱してかかったときコロナ禍のためか接触を避けるようにお会計も車まで来てくれました。
