先生や看護師さんはとてもいい人ばかりなので、がっかりです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日に診ていただけるのがありがたい。
先生は症状に見あった検査をして説明もきちんとしてくれたので良かったです。検査の際に採血を担当してくれた看護師さんが、子どもの血管がなかなか出なかったところ、温かいタオルを当ててくれたりして丁寧に対応してくれました。とっても親切で神対応だと感心しました。受付の方はもう少し言い方が柔らかい方が良い気がします。

ただ、、、受付の人の対応が残念。すみませんと声をかけてもモニターを見たままの対応。
まず、人として挨拶の仕方をうたがいますね。
受付だけ乗り越えてしまえば、という意気込みでいつも行きます。

ただ、非常に受付の方の対応が悪いのが残念です。具合が悪くて行くのに、あの口の利き方はもう少しどうにかならないかと…。
こちらの口コミをみて、やはり他の方も同じ事を思っていたのだと納得しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付が最悪。受付前に立っていても「お待ちください」の一言もなく自分の業務をしていてずっと待たされた。インフルの予防接種の事も電話してから行ったのに、午前中は定期受診している人しか受け付けないなんて一言も言われなかった。また出直し。
看護師さんや先生は感じがよく優しかったです。予防接種もスムーズで、全く痛くありませんでした。
なので本当に受付の人の対応が残念でなりません。
日曜の午後15時30分に受診票を出して、会計が終わったのは17時40分でした。次行くとしたら休日は行かない。
インフルエンザワクチンの値段が安いのは助かる。(2500円)(小さい子は2000円)
The reception is the worst. Even if I was standing in front of the reception desk, I was doing my job without saying "Please wait" and I was kept waiting. Even though I called for influenza vaccination, I wasn't told that I would only accept people who have regular medical examinations in the morning. I will come back again.
The nurses and teachers were nice and kind. The vaccination was smooth and didn't hurt at all.
So I'm really sorry for the receptionist's response.
I issued a consultation slip at 15:30 pm on Sunday, and the accounting was completed at 17:40. If I go next, I won't go on holidays.
It is helpful that the price of influenza vaccine is low. (2500 yen) (2000 yen for small children)
