★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御祭神は武甕槌命。仁和２（866）年に鹿島の神をこの地に勧請したのがはじまり。住所は霞ヶ浦市坂ですが、旧地名である志戸崎鹿島神社と地元では呼ばれていらっしゃるそうです。歩崎公園に程近い集落の狭い路地の先に鳥居があり、プレハブの社務所の隣の手水舎前には大きな石がゴロゴロ。力自慢の若衆達がこれをホイホイ持ち上げて、集落の娘っ子達に力持ち（甲斐あるでよ）アピールしたのでしょうか。でも、最近の男はすっかりヒョロガリの草食系になってしまったので、娘っ子達の方が石を持ち上げて女子力をアピールするのかも知れませんけどね。正面にはなんとなく仏教系風の拝殿、御本殿は裏手に独立した美しい朱色の社が鎮座していらっしゃいます。
 The deity is Takemikazuchi. It started in 1866 when the god of Kashima was solicited here. The address is Saka, Kasumigaura City, but it is said that it is locally called Shitozaki Kashima Shrine, which is the old place name. There is a torii gate at the end of a narrow alley in a village near Ayumizaki Park, and a large stone is rumbling in front of the Chozuya next to the prefabricated office. Did the young people who are proud of their power lift this up and appeal to the daughters of the village with power (it is worth it)? However, the recent guys have become completely herbivorous, so it may be that the daughters lift the stones to show off their female power. The front is a Buddhist-style hall of worship, and the main hall is behind a beautiful independent vermilion shrine.
