★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての交通事故で裁判になり、弁護士特約で指名されたこちらの弁護士にお任せしたら、見事に負けました。
事故の内容は、私（加害者：普通自動車）が片側1車線道路を時速30kmで走行していたところ、道路の前方左端を時速23kmで走行していた被害者（原付）は、車間距離が4.5mの位置で合図を出さずに右に進路変更を開始し、進路変更を継続しながら急ブレーキをかけてさらに右に進路変更し、進行方向道路の中央付近で私の進路を塞ぐ状態で停止しようとしました。私は、原付が最初に進路変更した時点でとっさに右に避け、その後急ブレーキをかけながらさらに右に避けましたが、避けきれずに原付がこちらの左側面に接触しました。
事故状況を分析すると、私が事故を回避することは不可能で、判例と比較してもこちらに過失はないのに、過失割合は原付3対私7になりました。
そこで、高橋綜合法律事務所におかれましては、本件の経緯を分析、敗因を特定し、同じことを繰返さないよう是正対策を取るべきであり、その内容を私に説明する義務があると考えていますと、お伝えしたところ、高橋綜合法律事務所からの最終回答は、次の通りでした。

なぜ裁判所が不当な判断を下したのか、なぜ「事故状況を分析しないこと」ができる限りの対応といえるのか、私には理解できません。
