購入数ヶ月で商品が壊れたので交換を要求したところ、在庫なく返金処理することに。メールのやり取りをしていたが、次からは本国からメールが届くという形だがいっこうに届かない。そこで日本サポートに再度問い合わせして再送する形にするも、また届かない。そうして数ヶ月の時間が過ぎていき、最後には日本サポートからもメールの返信が無くなった。
おそらく、購入からの時間を意図的に引き延ばすことで、返金処理するタイミングから外れることを狙っていたものと思われる。
あまりにも悪質すぎて言葉もない。無駄な商品代金だけでなく、サポートとのやり取りで膨大な時間を無駄にした。
ロジクールの商品を購入するということは、このようなリスクが発生する可能性があります。他の会社の製品を購入することをおすすめします。

So I will contact Japan Support again and try to re-transmit, but it will not arrive again. After that, the time of several months passed, and at the end the reply from the email was lost from Japan support.
Presumably, by intentionally extending the time from the purchase, he was aiming to get out of the timing of refund processing.
It is too vicious and there are no words. Not only wasted product costs, but also wasted a lot of time by communicating with support.
Buying Logitech's products can introduce such risks. We recommend purchasing products from other companies.
