今までで一番最悪な引っ越し業者でした。 ネットでも悪評が多く見受けられましたが安さに釣られて引っ越し依頼をしました。 結果として失敗でした…。粗暴な作業、困った点についてクレームを入れると威圧的な態度、痛い目に合いました。 食洗機を当日に取り外しと取付してくれると言うので工賃12000円で依頼しました。 しかし引っ越し日の当日に取付されませんでした。 引っ越しの当日に取付されるはずのものが1週間経過しても取り付けされず 不安になり連絡してみるも取付日はまだ半月以上先になるという信じられない事を言われ、 あまりに遅いためキャンセルと返金を申し出るも、 「取付はまだしていないが取り外しはしたのだからお金は返せない」と言われました。 こちらは取り外し後に当初の条件と異なる事を知ったのに…。 こんなに日数がかかるという事を事前に知っていたら取り外しを希望しませんしそもそも取付の依頼をしてません。 お金を返してくれないなら消費者センターに相談する旨を伝えると 「どーぞ、どーず、ご自由に」と開き直り。 お金を損しただけでなく、人を馬鹿にした態度に悔しくなります。 やり取りは1週間ほどしました。引っ越ししたてでまだ固定電話がないため、 この件でのやり取りで携帯通話料は2000円を超えました。 食洗機の取付をキャンセルしてもお金を取られ、 引っ越し代もネット見積もりよりも高額で、結局、費用が高くついてしまいました。 この引っ越し業者は普段からこうしたクレームが多いのか、 客が被害を訴えても慣れた口調で威圧的に対応して来ます。 ご年配の方や気の弱い方はお気を付け下さい。 何かあった時は強引な主張を一方的に押し付けてきて、酷い扱いを受けて泣き寝入りする事になります。 引っ越し内容についてですが、スタッフが液晶モニターを片手で鷲掴みにして運んでました。 液晶部分を素手の握力で掴んで運ぶなど、持ち主の私ですら故障が怖くて出来ません。 精密機器ですらこの扱いですので、顧客の荷物を大事に扱ってくれるとは思わないほうが良いかと思います。 ゴミも散らかし放題、ゴミやガムテープなどをマンションの共用部分の廊下に散乱して帰る始末…。 全て書ききれませんが不満は他にも色々あります。今までで一番最悪な引っ越し会社でした。 こんな業者に依頼しなければ良かった…。 LIVE引っ越しサービスは二度と利用しません。

If you don't return the money, tell the consumer center to talk to you. It reopened with "Dozo, dozu, feel free". Not only did I lose money, but I also regret the ridiculous attitude of people. The exchange took about a week. I just moved and I don't have a landline yet, so The mobile call charge exceeded 2000 yen due to the exchange in this case. Even if you cancel the installation of the dishwasher, you will be charged money, The moving fee was also higher than the online estimate, and in the end, the cost was high. Does this mover usually have many such complaints? Even if the customer complains of damage, he will respond intimidatingly with a familiar tone. Please be careful if you are elderly or weak. Regarding the contents of the move, the staff carried the LCD monitor by grabbing it with one hand. Even I, the owner, can't do it because I'm afraid of breakdowns, such as grasping and carrying the liquid crystal part with the grip strength of my bare hands. Even precision equipment is treated like this, so you shouldn't expect it to take good care of your customers' luggage. All-you-can-eat trash, scatter trash and gum tape in the corridor of the common area of ​​the condominium and go home. I can't write everything, but there are many other complaints. It was the worst moving company ever. I wish I hadn't asked such a vendor ... I will never use the LIVE moving service again.

They have broken everything they could, at lest 5 big items, including PC, armchair, a baby gate (and put them so that the damage cannot be seen at once) and we cannot complain to get a PC refund. When they were bringing 割れ物入り items, I could hear the sound of items shaking indide, luckily, they were packed well and are ok. They also forgot one box in the old room and were annoyed to come back and pick it up even though it is their work to take out everything and obviously their fault. To sum it up, it was overpriced and unprofessional. I didn't like their work from start (when the clerk came to evaluate) until they end. I will never use this company again. I moved 4 times while staying in Japan and it was the worst.
