トンテキを食べる気で行ったのですが、当日の限定ランチメニューにそそられて「角煮定食」を頂きました。
お肉も大きく、柔らかく、濃厚な味付け！ご飯がすすみます。
他のお客さん達は、それぞれ違ったモノを食べていましたね。全て美味しそうでした?
後日、トンテキ定食を頂きました。
ボリューミーで旨いっす！
やみつき感が有ります。

素材の選定がよく、野菜、お肉ともにとてもよい香りのものを使っています。
また豚の脂はしっかりとあぶって落としてあり、またそれが香りよく素晴らしい味わい。
つけあわせの玉こんにゃくやおひたしも毎回とても美味しいです。
店主さんはお話してみると熱心な方で、これからもっともっと美味しくなってゆくお店だと思います。
辺鄙な場所にありますが、とてもよいお店です。

お値段もリーズナブルで、
次回はTボンステーキを食べてみたいとおもいます。

美豚というほどの肉質では無いかな
ソースカツとしての味は良い。
ただ、タバコ吸わない身にとっては
今時分煙してない店に食事に行くのはねぇ、、、マイナス。
