s	sei shiba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コーヒー豆を買いに白川。途中で見つけたこちらでランチ。カウンター席がないので4人掛けテーブルに。チャーシュー麺をオーダー。5分程度で着丼。王道白川ラーメン的なお顔。しっかり濃い目のスープ、中太ちぢれ麺にからんで美味しい。チャーシューも噛みごたえのあるしっかりしたお肉。これでビール進みそう。ふらり立ち寄ったお店でしたが大満足です。 Shirakawa to buy coffee beans. ラ	ラーメン!おじさんです。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ８年位前に白河市に引っ越した時に食べた以来です。その時は？だったけど最近食べたら旨いね? チャーシュー麺大盛り、背脂と玉子トッピングにライスを頂きました。醤油ダレが旨いね?濃口醤油を使ってるのかな？しょっぱくはないけど、ほんのりと感じる酸味がクセになります‼️ 出汁感はほとんど感じ無いけど、醤油ダレが旨くてスープ、グビグビ飲んじゃうね? 麺は縮れ弱めで中太くらいかな？とにかく麺がツゥルツゥルですねー? 麺は柔目に茹でてますね。チャーシューは脂身の少ないさっぱりとしてて個人的に大好きなタイプ☺️ そこそこ大きめですよねー。これが５枚あって¥900は白河ラーメンではかなりお安いですねー?しかも大盛りは+¥100ですから、かなりお安い‼️ 中身トローリの玉子も¥100‼️ライスも¥100‼️安いねー? 玉子もチャーシューも薄味っちゃー薄味だけど、おじさんにはくどくなくて丁度いい。ライスもちょい硬めで個人的に好き。あまり味がしないかなーって思い背脂を注文したけど、要らないね?そのくらいスープ旨いよ? 兎に角、安くて旨いよ? ここの醤油ダレが好みの別れるとこだね? お客さんは結構入ってるねー?それにホールの女性の接客は感じいいよー?
