★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 余りに狭くここで多方面から人を集めるようなイベントは、するべきでは無いですし、企画を考える人間は恥を知るべき。それ程車社会にそぐわない古く寂れた施設である。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 白河市に越して来て初めて利用しましたが公民館迄は坂を上がります。坂下には信号機があり雪の時は心配。公民館は大変古い建物です。職員の方は明るく親切です。
I used it for the first time since I came to Shirakawa City, but I went up the slope to the public hall. There is a traffic light on Sakashita, so I'm worried when it's snowing. The public hall is a very old building. The staff are cheerful and kind.

車でもかなりきつい坂だと感じるので徒歩だと相当体力を消耗しそうです(笑)
雪が降ったときは細心の注意が必要だと思います。気をつけてください。
駐車場はそれなりの台数は停められますが、1台当たりの幅が狭く、隣の車に気をつけながらドアの開閉をしなければなりません（実際に当てられた経験あります）。
次にラインを引き直すときはもう少し幅を広めでお願いします。
館内は昔ながらの公民館です。

I have participated in the sign language circle. I had a good time meeting people who haven't been there for a long time and people who are nice to meet you. I wish I could learn sign language little by little with my children.
