湿布薬をくれたが、温めるべきか動かすべきかそういう説明が何もないまま帰されそうになった。
湿布で症状は軽くなったので医者としては悪くないのかも知れないが、私の求める整形外科ではない。

He gave me a compress, but I was almost returned without any instructions on whether to warm or move it.
It may not be bad for a doctor because the symptoms have been lightened by the compress, but it is not the orthopedic surgery that I want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すぐ近くの中島整形外科医院が患者でいっぱいだったのでこちらに受診。金曜日18:00で患者は1人だけだった。受付や検査技師、医師共に対応が良かった。優しいし丁寧。説明も分かりやすかった。
The nearby Nakajima Orthopedic Clinic was full of patients, so I visited here. There was only one patient on Friday at 18:00. The receptionist, the laboratory technician, and the doctor all responded well. Gentle and polite. The explanation was also easy to understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浴室の高い位置を掃除中に滑り落ち、尾骶骨の付近を強く打ちました。アザと痛みが酷かったため怪我の3日後に最初の診察を受けました。レントゲンを撮り、骨折やヒビの心配は無いとのことで、湿布のみ1週間分もらいました。
1週間後引き続き痛いので再度受診した所、患部を見ることもなくジーンズの上から軽く触るのみで、また湿布を1週間分出されました。その1週間後、アザは引いたもののまだ痛みがあるので3回目の受診をしましたが、その時も患部を見ることなく湿布を出されました。
怪我から1か月以上経ち、アザは完全になくなりましたが座り方によっては違和感があるため、4度目の受診を試みました。どうしても18:15の受付終了時間に2分間に合わないため、事前に電話をして「2分だけ待って頂けませんか？」と懇願した所、「先生が18:15に他の患者が居ない場合は帰ってしまうのでまた別の日に来てください」とのこと。
そもそも過去3回の診療内容が適切なら、1か月以上経って再診する必要はなかったかもしれません。個人経営の街病院で、2分患者を待てないとはとても融通が効かないと思います。ちなみに毎回診察は5分程度で終了しますし、診察終了時間は18時半。いつ伺ってもとても空いています。
きちんと怪我を見てくれない、診療内容も信頼できない、融通も効かない整形外科なので、もう二度と行きません。やはりすぐ近くの中島整形外科が混んでいる理由が分かりました。

I couldn't meet the reception closing time at 18:15 for 2 minutes, so I called in advance and asked, "Can you wait for 2 minutes?" If you don't have it, I'll be leaving, so please come again on another day."
In the first place, it may not have been necessary to revisit more than a month if the contents of the past three treatments were appropriate. I think it's very inflexible to wait 2 minutes for a patient at a privately run town hospital. By the way, each medical examination ends in about 5 minutes, and the medical examination ends at 18:30. It's very vacant no matter what time you visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉離れでお世話になりました。待たないのはありがたかったです。他所の病院を紹介いただけましたし、お医者さんも丁寧です。受診された際は症状に合った対処法を積極的にお聞きになられた方がよろしいかと。若い方、重症だなと感じる方は他所をおすすめいたします。
脚を怪我された方、受付診察室も1階です。下足から上履きに履き替えることが必要ですが、脚を痛めているので履き替えもままならず、2回目はそのまま診察室へ行きました。大きな病院は紹介状がマストです。先生、スタッフの方々快く対応してくださります。くれぐれもお大事に。
