★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仲介手数料が定額との事を知り、不動産の買い替え時に利用させてもらいました。手放した物件の購入時は他の業者で目一杯の仲介手数料を払った為、今回は随分抑えられ、助かりました。

私も疑ってみておりました。
定額にはいくつか条件はありますが、どれもデメリットには感じずお安く仲介していただけました。
手数料にならなくても問題のある物件などは指摘していただけますし、契約前には物件の調査もしていただけました。
今後ともお付き合いしていきたい不動産屋さんです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件見学以外ほぼメールで済むのは、忙しくても自分のペースで進められるからよい。仲介手数料が安いのは気になりますが、いくつかの同意事項以外は他の不動産会社と遜色ないのではないでしょうか。
私は初めての物件購入でしたが、価格交渉も希望に添うように粘り強くやってもらいましたし、私は物件を決めてからお願いしたので「契約締結まで対面なし」でローン含めた諸手続きをサポートしてもらいました。質問へのレスも早いし、手続きだけ仲介してもらうなら十分だと思います。
他の不動産であるような、仲介手数料で物件価格の約3％を取られるなんて、不動産会社の手間から考えればあり得ないほど高いです。
物件が絞られている人ならなおのことおすすめかと思います。

口コミ評価が低い方もいますが、報酬金額が多くないわけですから、大手不動産屋と比べて文句を言うのは勘違いでしょう。こまめな情報提供や、詳細なマネープランが欲しいという方は大手を選んだ方が良いでしょう。一方、貯金、給与をベースに自分で計算する覚悟を決めるなら(と言っても小学校算数レベル)、100万円以上の経費削減になります。
