★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風呂のシャワーの水量が弱いので裏を見たら、配管が故意に曲げられている。タカラスタンダードお客様センターにTELすると、20歳前後(話の幼稚さから推測)の兄ちゃんが「修理に行くには出張料5000円が基本的に掛かる」と。
テメーの手抜き工事を客から金取って直しに来るという、間抜けな対応しか出来ないこの会社にリフォーム依頼すると後悔しか無い。

When I called the Takara Standard Customer Center, my older brother, who was around 20 years old (estimated from the childishness of the story), said, "It basically costs 5,000 yen for a business trip to go to repair."
I have no regrets when I ask this company, which can only do stupid things, to take money from customers and come to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良くない工務店か工事会社をリフォームしたい客に紹介し、コミッションのことを頭にしかないだと思われても仕方がない。問題を棚に上げ、二年間に経っても未だに解決をしないまま、責任者からの説明もない、本当に最悪、最低な店ですね。
There is no point in introducing a bad contractor or construction company to a customer who wants to remodel and thinking that the commission is the only thing in mind. It's really the worst and worst store, with the problem put on the shelf, and even after two years, it hasn't been solved yet and there is no explanation from the person in charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家のリフォームをしたい時ショウルームへ見学に行きました。スタッフの接待など、丁寧、親切な感じを受けて、リフォームすることを決定しました。実際リフォーム中にうまく行かなくて、大雑把なことが多かったです。紹介して貰った工事会社も嘘な請求をされました。何回もショウルームに相談したら、自分と工事会社にやってください、ショウルームと関係ないだと言われました。とっても無責任だと思います。
When I wanted to remodel my house, I went to the showroom for a tour. We decided to renovate after receiving the polite and kind feeling of the staff's entertainment. Actually, it didn't go well during the remodeling, so it was often a rough idea. The construction company that I was introduced to also made a false claim. After consulting with the showroom many times, I was told to do it with myself and the construction company, and that it had nothing to do with the showroom. I think it's very irresponsible.
