電話相手を間違えていることに気付いた後も何の謝罪もなく、「間違えました」の一言で電話切られました。どうなってるんですか？

寝たきりの人がどうすれば後頭部にたんこぶを作ることが出来るんですか？
後頭部で見えないところだし言葉も話せない人ならバレないとでも？
帰宅時に余りにも丁寧な対応に違和感を感じ、身体チェックをして気付きましたが何故教えてくれないんですか？
安全対策会議をするとか口だけ。
その結果は？聞かせて欲しいと伝えましたが無視されたままです。
