駅から離れていたが湯沢でかりるより安いし・・・と思い、気楽に予約した。駅から徒歩で10分強、素敵な街並みをみながらだったので気にならなかった。こちらのレンタカーはガソリンスタンドがやっていて、着いた時には既に予約していた車がちゃんとスタンバイしていて、お、という感じで嬉しかった。スタッフの方もみんなとても礼儀正しく、親切で今まで借りたニコレンの中では一番よかったです。車も綺麗で問題なしでした。おまけにお願いしていないのに「駅まで送りましょうか？」と言ってくださって荷物満載だったのでとても嬉しかったです。湯沢エリアにくる時はまたここで借りようと思います。ガソリンスタンドはレンタカー借りる場所としては都合がよいですね、最後ガソリンもいれてもらって楽ちんでした。ありがとうございました。

Although it was far from the station, I thought it would be cheaper than Yuzawa, so I made a reservation comfortably. It was a little over 10 minutes on foot from the station, and I was looking at the wonderful cityscape, so I didn't mind. This rental car has a gas station, and when I arrived, the car I had already booked was on standby, which made me happy. The staff were all very polite and kind, and it was the best Nicolen I've ever borrowed. The car was clean and there was no problem. Even though I didn't ask for it, I was very happy because he said "Shall I send it to the station?" And it was full of luggage. When I come to the Yuzawa area, I will borrow it here again. The gas station is a convenient place to rent a car, and I enjoyed getting gasoline at the end. Thank you very much.

湯沢町で借りられなかったため利用させていただきました。塩沢駅から徒歩10分強、最寄りバス停は島入口になり、バス停の目の前が店舗です。行きは電車、帰りはバスを利用しました。店員さんの接客が非常に良く笑顔で対応していただきました。料金も安くガソリンスタンドが経営されていますので帰りは給油もダイレクトにできます。湯沢町からは少し離れていますがまた利用させていただきたいと思いました。

I used it because I couldn't rent it in Yuzawa Town. A little over 10 minutes walk from Shiozawa station, the nearest bus stop is the island entrance, and the store is in front of the bus stop. I took the train to go and the bus to return. The customer service of the clerk was very nice and smiled. Since the gas station is operated at a low price, you can refuel directly on your way home. Although it is a little far from Yuzawa Town, I would like to use it again.
