f	for fun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 米どころ新潟県の美味しいおにぎりが食べられるテイクアウト専門店。うおぬま倉友農園直営のおにぎり屋は、塩沢産のお米だけを使用して握られている逸品ばかり。購入したのは「塩、昆布、鮭、かぐら南蛮、おかか」以上5種類。かぐら南蛮はその場で握ってもらえたので渡されたときアツアツでした。せっかくの温かいおにぎりなので、買ってすぐに食べてみるとツヤツヤした白米がホロホロほぐれるふんわりした握り具合。かぐら南蛮は思ったほど辛味はなく、甘みを感じるご飯と相性抜群！他のおにぎりはお土産として持帰り、夕飯に頂きました。温めることなく冷めた状態だとご飯がしまり、塩も絶妙に馴染んでこれはこれで美味しい！！どの具材も塩沢産のお米と相まって、また食べたい！と思う一品です。 A take-out specialty store where you can eat delicious rice balls from Niigata prefecture. 中	中小路朋明 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うまいコシヒカリの最高峰とされる塩沢産。その塩沢産コシヒカリを使用したおいしいおにぎり屋さんがあると聞き雪が降りしきる中、国道17号を湯沢側から北上しました国道の両側は除雪された雪の壁ができておりまるでアルペンルートを走っているかのよう。その雪壁に隠れあやうくオーバーランするところでしたがすぐ隣にあるセブンイレブンがあったので目印になり助かりました。人気のお店ということで行列覚悟で臨みましたが駐車場には空きがあり待つことなく店内に入れました。テイクアウト専門のため店内に飲食フロアーは無し。メニューはおにぎりが中心で意外にも意外でカツカレーもありました。塩沢産コシヒカリの美味しさは前泊した宿で口にして実証済み。本音を言えば具無しでもいけちゃうぐらいの美味しさ。でも欲が芽生えて鮭（170円）、めんたいこ（170円）、かぐら南蛮（170円）を注文。連れはシンプルに塩(120円)と昆布（150円）ラッピングの仕方がコンビニのそれとは違い戸惑いましたが美味しく口にすることができました。おかずもセットになったおにぎり弁当（480円）なんてのもありました。カツカレーを注文する方が多いようですが米単体でも十分美味しいのでカレーの刺激の強さ香りでせっかくの塩沢産コシヒカリの美味しさを打ち消してしまうのは勿体ないかなぁと。飲み物も扱っているといいのですが... ※隣のセブンイレブンでお茶を購入しましたたかがおにぎり、されどおにぎり的な気付きを得られるお店でした From Shiozawa, which is considered to be the highest peak of delicious Koshihikari.
