市	市野賢治 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松島のような小島が点在する地域が隆起してできた土地。田植え前の水を張った時期や稲が成長して風に揺らぐ様子が当時を彷彿とさせる。意外にいい風景を撮るのが難しいので、あちこち歩いて回るのがよい。 A land formed by the rise of areas dotted with small islands such as Matsushima. The time of watering before rice planting and the appearance of rice growing and swaying in the wind are reminiscent of those days. It's hard to take surprisingly good scenery, so it's best to walk around.
d	dakhan Jogovo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横から見るなら蚶満寺から、上から見るならねむの丘展望台から。鳥海山が山体崩壊を起こした時の残骸として山屑が散らばっています（流れ山地形）。嘗ては海に流れ山があり松島の様になっていましたが江戸時代の地震で隆起して陸上になっています。 From Summonji if viewed from the side, from the top of Nominomi Observatory if you see from the top. Y	Y F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田植え時期を狙っていきました。少し遅かったのか田植え前の水を張っただけの状態ではありませんでしたが思い描いた風景を見ることが出来ました。 I aimed at the rice planting time. Although it was a bit late, it was not just a condition of filling water before rice planting, but I was able to see the scenery I envisioned.

There was an information board, and the island tour seemed to be fun. I am. .. .. I gave up because it was raining. I will try again.
村	村口英雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 象潟駅から市営バスに乗り「道の駅ねむの丘」で下車。さっそく展望台へ上がると目の前に九十九島の全景が広がる。穏やかな秋晴れの下に点在する樹林の丘は、確かに海原に浮く島々に見える。その背後に鳥海山が柔らかなカーブを描いている。胸の透くような絶景で、西行が唄に詠み、松尾芭蕉が「奥の細道」の行脚で、この地が目的地のひとつであったという景勝地です。今からおよそ2500年前、鳥海山が爆発し、その土が日本海を埋めて多くの山々ができ、島々が点在する風景「九十九島」ができたという。こんな悠久の歴史的な場所にいま立っていることに感極まるものがある。島巡りのスタート地点となる駒留島の手前、松林の奥に蚶満寺が静かな佇まいだった。その先へ行きたかったが、時間なくここで折り返した。東京からは遠いが、いつの日にか再訪したい地です。 Take the municipal bus from Kisakata Station and get off at "Roadside Station Nemu no Oka". As soon as you go up to the observatory, you can see the whole view of Kujukushima in front of you. The forest hills scattered under the mild autumn weather certainly look like islands floating in the sea. Behind it, Mt. Chokai draws a soft curve. It is a scenic spot where Saigyo sings and Basho Matsuo is the pilgrimage of "Oku no Hosomichi", and this place was one of the destinations. About 2500 years ago, Mt. Chokai exploded, and the soil filled the Sea of Japan, creating many mountains and the landscape of "Kujukushima," which is dotted with islands. I am impressed that I am standing in such an eternal historical place. Kanmanji Temple had a quiet appearance in the back of the pine forest, in front of Komadome Island, which is the starting point for the island tour. I wanted to go beyond that, but I turned around here in no time. It's far from Tokyo, but it's a place I'd like to visit again someday.

You can enjoy the whole view from the Chokai Blue Line and the observation tower of Road Station Kisakata Nemu no Oka.
