狂	狂四郎藤波 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かれこれ20年前にもなるかなぁ！栗山池公園の側で営んでいたのだが、象潟の道の駅《ねむの丘》の中に移転した珈琲屋は、もう親父さんが亡くなって別店舗のこのお店《猫間珈琲》という店舗になっていた！偏屈で面倒な親父さんだったが(笑)！何とも味のある無精な親父だったなぁ！懐かしい！今は《猫間珈琲》というとても綺麗な店舗になってかれこれ5年だそうだ！好みを言えば豆を選んで旨いのを炊ててくれる！まぁ、日本海に沈みゆく美しい夕陽を眺めながらの一望の視野に収まり切れない程の広大なパノラマでの肩までとっぷり両手広げて広々入れる大浴場！気分転換には最高だ！地産の魚市場、秋田特産・名物の様々な商品、お風呂同様に素晴らしい眺めの眺望レストラン、スタンドスナックの売店、沢山の長距離大型トラックやキャンピングカーも安心して休める広い駐車スペース、界隈の道路状況等を知らせてくれるインフォメーション、駐車場向けの外付けトイレ、全てが揃ってる、パーフェクトだ‼️ I wonder if this will be twenty years ago! T	Tomo_8 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま、ドライブの休憩で入ったお店の一角にありました。カウンターは満席。当方はこれまで、注文後に焙煎する豆を購入しており、豆の酸化が気になり購入をためらいましたが、今回試しにブレンドコーヒー100グラムを豆のままテイクアウトしてみました。帰宅後、豆を自宅で挽き、少し粗めかなと思いながらハンドドリップしましたが、豆の香りや味がしっかり抽出され、味のバランスが良く、非常にマイルドな味わいに驚きました。マイルド感はこれまでで一番でした。通常購入する豆は冷凍庫に保存しますが、こちらの豆は常温で1ヶ月半程保てるとのことでした。お店は中々行けない場所にありますが、行けたらまた購入したいです。旅の思い出になりました。 It happened to be in a corner of the shop that I entered for a drive break.
