男性の事務員の方は噛み合わないヘラヘラした対応でした。
「ドライバーに状況聞きましたが…よく分からなくてー。すみませんでしたぁ」と、こんな感じ。
話にならないのでその後営業本部長さんと代わりましたけど営業本部長さんも
気怠そうな誠意のかけらも感じない口調で適当な謝罪をされて最後ガチャ切りされました。
女性の事務員の方は丁寧な対応をされてたので、
全ての方ではないんでしょうけど質も程度も低い会社なんだなって感じです。
ドライバーは覚えてないと言っているそうですが、
こちらは危険だと感じたのでクラクション
を鳴らしてるし、
今の世の中のドラレコの普及率考えてから話しましょうか。
