コンテナドライバー、トラック運転手。入れ墨は当たり前。
社長に変わったらそのような人はいなくなったと聞きましたが…
会長から社長へ世襲。でも考えは一緒で一族経営なので将軍様です。人が辞めすぎてて優秀な人材はすぐに辞めます。
基本の給料も安く、聞いた話によると有給取ったことがある人がいないと聞きます。給料明細に有給日の記載なし。夜も0時までいる人がザラとか。典型的なブラック会社ですね。
労働基準局にかけこんだらすぐに営業停止です。
なぜここまで存続出来ているかが不思議です。
