★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元銀行だったというこちらのレトロな店舗は入口からワクワクさせてくれます。店内に入る時には靴を脱ぎスリッパに履き替え、手指消毒後に席に案内されます。葱の天ぷらは1枚ずつ揚げてあるという表現がぴったりたと思う天ぷらで、他ではこのような葱の天ぷらを食べた事はありません。お蕎麦もコシがあり、ツルツルっと喉越しが楽しめました。駐車場も店舗前にあります。
This retro store, which was a former bank, is exciting from the entrance. When you enter the store, you will be guided to your seat after taking off your shoes and changing to slippers and disinfecting your hands. I think the expression that the green onion tempura is fried one by one is perfect, and I have never eaten such green onion tempura anywhere else. The buckwheat noodles were also chewy, and I enjoyed the smoothness of the soba noodles. There is also a parking lot in front of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一目見ただけで色合いから最高とわかる、せいろに盛り重ならないよう並べられた蕎麦。何も知らずに訪れましたが、つゆも含めて最高のものでした。葱の天ぷらは酒のつまみとしても有能、ほかの山菜等単品も手が込んでいて、久しぶりに素直においしい蕎麦に感動しました。
Soba noodles lined up so that they do not overlap with each other, which you can tell from the color to be the best at first glance. I visited without knowing anything, but it was the best including the soup. The green onion tempura is also effective as a liquor knob, and other edible wild plants and other single items are also elaborate, and I was impressed by the delicious soba noodles after a long absence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運良く昼時後で待ち無しで入店着席できたが、5分後には、何組かの待ちができていた。注文から提供迄の時間は少し長すぎると思いつつ待った。蕎麦の量が値段の割に少なすぎる。純粋に蕎麦のみを食する店では無く、店舗の雰囲気込の価格設定なのだろう。蕎麦は美味いし、つけ汁も好きな味だった。白髪葱の天ぷらというより纏りのない掻揚げ?も、塩との相性で美味しかった。

I waited thinking that the time from ordering to delivery was a little too long. The amount of soba is too small for the price. It's not a restaurant that eats only soba, but the price setting includes the atmosphere of the restaurant. The soba was delicious and I liked the soup. Rather than the tempura of white-haired green onions, it's fried without a matoi? However, it was delicious because it went well with salt.

うどんと蕎麦のコースもありましたが雑きのこと鴨汁せいろ大盛りを頂きました。
以前は店主一人で営業していたので提供までの時間がかかっていた記憶がありました。待つつもりでいたらホールスタッフが居て、オーダーから提供までの時間も早かったです。
開店時間からお客さんがひっきりなしでした。蕎麦はもちろん、うどんも美味しいのでまた利用したいです。
This is my first lunch visit in a few years.
There was also a course of udon and soba, but I had a large serving of miscellaneous and duck soup.
I remember that it took a long time to provide it because I used to operate by the owner alone. If I was going to wait, there was a hall staff, and the time from ordering to serving was quick.
There have been no customers since the opening time. Not only soba but also udon is delicious so I would like to use it again.

入店待ちは1時間位ありましたが、車でも待ってられたので、楽でした。
常陸蕎麦同士で食べ比べたことはないので、普段食べてるものと比較してですが、
そばは細く短め。甘み、風味がよく感じられ、これが常陸蕎麦なんだなぁと感じられるものでした。
店内はレトロでとても雰囲気がいいので、誰と来ても使いやすいと思います。
ただ、個人的にはもう少しコシのある蕎麦が好みでした。
また機会があれば、別のメニューも頼もうと思います

I had to wait for about an hour to enter the store, but it was easy because I was waiting by car.
I haven't eaten and compared Hitachi soba with each other, so I compared it with what I usually eat.
Soba is thin and short. The sweetness and flavor were well felt, and I felt that this was Hitachi Soba.
The interior is retro and has a very nice atmosphere, so I think it's easy to use with anyone.
However, I personally liked the soba noodles, which are a little more chewy.
If I have a chance, I will ask for another menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 慈久庵を訪れた帰り道、思ったよりも早くお店を後にする事が出来ましたので、常陸太田駅近くにある評価の高いこちらのお蕎麦屋さんにも寄ってみました。
明治時代に建てられた旧太田銀行の洋風建築を改築したお店は、天井が高く開放的で文化財級の素敵な空間。窓面は慈久庵の窓枠と全く同じでしたので、その辺のデザインは統一されているのでしょう。
店主の岩間さんは慈久庵の小川さんからお店を任されるほどの腕前だそうで期待が高まります。連食なので、オーダーは控えめに『葱天せいろ(1,700円)』『鴨せいろ(1,700円)』を。慈久庵では私が鴨せいろを、連れが葱天せいろを頂きましたので、こちらではあべこべにしてチャレンジです。
一口食べて旨いと分かる葱天は慈久庵と同様、ふわふわでサクサク。衣はちょっと多め?かな。油はよく切られており、多めの衣がついていてもそれほどクドさは感じませんでした。
お蕎麦はまるっきり同じかなぁ。自分の低い舌のレベルもあり、微妙な違いは分かりませんでした。汁は鴨出汁ではありませんので、キリッと濃口。汁はこちらの方が自分好みですな。お蕎麦の量はそれほど多くないので、あっという間の完食です。
お会計時に気が付きましたが、慈久庵と比べて鴨は200円、葱天は100円安いのですね。ちょっぴりお得感があるのかな?こちらのお店も慈久庵と同様、単にお蕎麦を頂きに来るというよりは、この明治時代に建てられたレトロな空間を楽しむ余裕を持って訪れたいお店です。
On the way back from Jikyuan, I was able to leave the shop earlier than I expected, so I stopped by this highly acclaimed soba restaurant near Hitachiota Station.
The store, which was built in the Meiji era and is a renovated Western-style building of the former Ota Bank, is a wonderful space with a high ceiling, open and cultural property grade. The window surface was exactly the same as the window frame of Jikyuan, so the design around it is probably unified.
The owner, Mr. Iwama, seems to have the skill to be entrusted with the shop by Mr. Ogawa of Jikyuan, so expectations are high. Since it is a continuous meal, order sparingly "green onion steamer (1,700 yen)" and "duck steamer (1,700 yen)". At Jikyuan, I received a duck steamer and my companion received a green onion steamer, so here is a challenge.
Like Jikyuan, the green onion that you can eat a bite is fluffy and crispy. Is there a little more batter? Kana. The oil was drained well, and I didn't feel that it was too bad even with a lot of batter.
I wonder if the soba is exactly the same. Due to my low tongue level, I didn't see any subtle differences. The juice is not duck soup stock, so it has a crisp and rich taste. I like the juice here. The amount of soba is not so large, so it's a quick meal.
As I noticed at the time of checkout, duck is 200 yen cheaper and green onion heaven is 100 yen cheaper than Jikyuan. Is it a little profitable? Like Jikyuan, this shop is not just for soba noodles, but for those who want to enjoy the retro space built in the Meiji era.

常陸秋蕎麦がいただける店で超有名店
慈久庵の流れを汲む店のようです。
13時頃に行き順番ノートに名前を書いて30分ほど待たされて入店。
かなりお腹が空いていたので葱天せいろ
に追加で釜揚げうどんも注文しました。
常陸秋蕎麦は香りも良くさすがに美味い
葱天も中々です。釜揚げうどんは店内で
石臼で挽いていてとても香りの良い
うどんで大変美味しくいただきました。
帰りに乾麺の慈久庵の蕎麦があったので
購入しました。

音をたててすするお蕎麦とはまったくの別物で、美味しさの余りせっかく鴨汁せいろを注文したのに、ほぼ蕎麦だけで食べてしまいました。(^o^;)
メニューに水蕎麦があれば良いのになぁ。
お酒を飲む方は、"おひしょ"をオススメします。味はシンプルな金山寺みそ、いや、醤油もろみに似ています。
混んでいるのも頷けるお店でした。とても美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。?

I wish there was water soba on the menu.
For those who drink alcohol, we recommend "Ohisho". The taste is similar to the simple Kanayamaji miso, no, soy sauce moromi.
It was a nod shop that was crowded. It was very delicious. It was a treat. ?
