★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんなんですかこの店の営業の人！クチコミとは正反対の対応！アルファードS C購入の予定で見積を！見積りは早かったのですが、電話対応が凄く上から目線！値段が安かったのでがまんしてましたが、オプションの話をするもずっと上から目線！その後の対応もかけてはかけ直しが二日後、最終発注しようとするも、不在からのまたかけ直しがない！前回もかけ直しがない旨を伝えるも記憶にないとキッパリ！売る気あるんですか？と聞くと「契約していただけるなら」と、もううんざりしました！他の車もお願いしようとしましたがやめます！

Even if it tells you that there wasn't another call last time, it's hard to remember! Are you willing to sell? I heard that "If you can contract", I was already tired! I tried to ask other cars but I will stop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どのメーカーどの車種でもコンプリート可能と書いてあったので、自分の欲しい車も購入出来るか電話で問い合わせをしましたが、担当が電話応対中との事で、30分以内にかけ直しますと言われました。
一旦電話を切り一時間程待ったのですが、折り返しがない為再度電話をかけ「先程問い合わせしたものですけど」と伝えると「今調べてるんで」と怒られました。折り返しがあるって先程言われたので電話してしまって、申し訳ないと伝えたのですが、忙しいところに電話がかかってきてイライラしてたのか、凄い強い口調でまくしたてられ、怖かったのでもう結構ですと伝えて電話を切りました。
このお店では購入はもちろん、問い合わせも絶対にしない方が良いと思います。
