焼き鳥を食べたくて行きましたが、まず居酒屋なのに飲み物のメニューがテーブルに無い。ベルで呼んでも全然こない。斜め隣の女性のお客様を若めの男性従業員が対応していたのですが、喋ってデレデレして来ない。やっと来たと思ったらお待たせしましたの一言も無し。
メニューを間違えても謝りもしない。
さも間違えて当然というぐらいで持ってくる。
カルピスを頼んだのですが来て二人で唖然。水に少し原液を入れたぐらい。
交換をお願いして、待っても変わりが全然こない。来たと思ったら氷が明らかに溶けて先ほどのものを少し捨てて注ぎ足したのが素人の私でもわかるくらい。交換を女性従業員の方にイライラしながらお願いをしても、来ない。それどころか他のテーブルの料理を運んでいた。私にはその行動が出来てしまう精神が理解できない。
二人でこんなお店は二度と行かないと初めてイライラして帰りました。

その前にいろんな居酒屋で満席と断られ、やっと直ぐに入れる所でした、
入って先ず飲み物を頼もうとテーブルのボタンを押しても全然店員さんが来ません！
あちこちでボタンを押す音がしました、
イライラして何回もボタンを押しても来ません、やっと店員さんが来て飲み物を頼む事が出来ましたがやっと出てきた飲み物が来店後１５分後位でした、あり得ません！！
その間に不満で帰って行ったお客も居ました。
不満もありつつ飲み物が来たのでしばらく飲んでいましたが頼んだ食べ物が全然来ません、初めて来た焼き鳥一皿２本が入店から50分後位！！
絶対居酒屋では有り得ません！
注文してて来てない物も有りましたが
気分悪すぎて店を出ました。
店員さんは混んでて食べ物の提供が遅くなるとは言ってましたが、混んでると言っても空いてるテーブルも何席かあるし原因は他にも有るでしょ？
もう絶対に行かないし、グループ店にも行く気がしません！
今までで最低の居酒屋です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝日前の日曜日の２１時頃に行きました。片付いてないテーブルが多かったがすぐ入れるかと思ったが店員が4、5回入り口で待ってる自分を通り過ぎる。「料理をだすのに時間を頂く」との事だったが自分はそれでもいいと思い席に案内される。しかし席にはメニュー等何もなく。
仕方ないので5分くらい待っても何もこない。その後ボタンを5回くらい待っても誰も来ない。
さすがに呆れて店を出ました。女性スタッフにその件を伝えると本当に申し訳なさそうだった。
人員不足なのか？働いているスタッフが可哀想になるほどだった。ネットでの評価も高く安いということで焼き鳥が好きな自分にとっては残念な結果だった。
