受付のスタッフも気が利かないし、長時間待っている患者に対して気配りがないと感じた。
予約はその時間に診察ができるという確約の予約ではないということなら、そのように最初に伝えるべき。

わからないこともとても詳しく教えてくださいました。女医さん特有のキツい感じもなく私は話しやすいと感じました。
土曜日のお昼前に予約無し、初診で行きましたが殆ど待たされませんでした。

初診で診察してくれた医師と検査結果を聞いた医師が違いますが、
初診で診察してくれた医師の方は丁寧に話を聞いてくれましたが、検査結果を聞いた医師は終始ダルそうな態度で最悪でした。
その医師の荷物なのか分かりませんが診察室のベッドにリュックが放置してあったりとあまり気分がよくなかったです。
検査結果に異常はないからうちでは何もできませんの一点張り。何か質問しても知らないわからない。
動悸の症状が酷かったので漢方を試してみようと考えてますが大丈夫でしょうか？と質問しても勝手にどうぞで終了。
ちなみに月曜日の午後にいらっしゃる男性医師です。
