お坊さんのお布施も安く、コスパ良いです。
リビング家族葬がオススメです。
The facilities were new and the staff were kind and very nice.
The monk's donation is also cheap and the cost performance is good.
Living family funeral is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親族の葬儀に参列しました。新横浜から徒歩すぐ、道も真っ直ぐで迷うことなく、近くにカフェなども多く到着時間の調節もしやすくて、便利で助かりました。
入口は狭めで普通のオフィス雑居ビルのようて、やや戸惑いましたが、中は落ち着いた雰囲気できれいでした。家族の希望も親身に相談に乗ってもらえている様子でした。
何より面会室があり、家族自身も、コロナで式自体には参列していただけない方々も、事前に好きな日時で面会出来るのが有り難かったようです。
ただ一つ気になったのが、担当の方が喪主などを時たま「〇〇さん」と「さん」付けで呼ばれていたことです。本人たちは考えることが多くて気にしていなかったようですが、特にこのようなナーバスな事態に接するお仕事なのですから、接客としてきちんと「様」で統一すべきではないかと思いました。そこだけが少し引っかかりました。
I attended the funeral of my relatives. It was convenient and helpful because it was a short walk from Shin-Yokohama, the road was straight and there were many cafes nearby, and it was easy to adjust the arrival time.
The entrance was narrow and it looked like a normal office multi-tenant building, so I was a little confused, but the inside was clean with a calm atmosphere. It seemed that the family's wishes were also kindly consulted.
Above all, there is a meeting room, and it seems that it was appreciated that the family and those who could not attend the ceremony itself at Corona could meet in advance at their favorite date and time.
The only thing I was concerned about was that the person in charge was sometimes called the mourner with "Mr. OO" and "Mr.". It seems that the people themselves had a lot of thoughts and didn't care, but since it is a job that deals with such a nervous situation in particular, I thought that it should be properly unified as a customer service. Only there was a little caught.
