★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親切な対応なんて全くの嘘。見積もりの際に営業担当？にある事ない事色々言われ、問い正したら逆ギレされる始末…。言葉も出なかった。屋根修理の専門家だと思って不安だから質問としているのに、利益にならない話と分かると途端に愛想が悪くなる。
本当に酷かったので本社に連絡しても他人事対応。そういった対応には慣れている様子が伺えた。カネになる話と分かると親切を取り繕って対応しているようだが、こんなところ怖くてとてもではないが頼めなかった。

当初はドローンを飛ばしますとの事でしたが条件が悪く飛ばす事が出来ませんでした。
我が家は作業条件が悪い建物なので、あまりやりたくない雰囲気でした。
他社にも見積りをお願いしている旨を伝え、こちらの考えを伝えると、それをさえぎる様に自社の営業スタイルをこんこんと説明されて、挙げ句の果てに、こちらの考えに対して「それがどうしました？」でした。
営業としては、どうかと思います。
結論として作業をする前提で、今、足場の契約をして、足場を組んでから屋根に上がり見積りを出してから作業するとの事。
足場を組み立てる際のご近所への挨拶は自分でやって下さい。との事、当社は一切やりませんから。と言いきっていました。
普通、作業する際、ご近所への挨拶は業者もすると思うのですが？
これは体よく断られているのだと思い、ご近所さんとトラブルになりそうだったのでお断りしました。
営業がこんな感じなので、仕上がりも心配になります。
あまりお薦めはしません！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雨漏りに困っていたので修理をお願いしました。わからないことを何度も聞いてしまったのですが、その度に笑顔で丁寧に答えていただきありがたかったです。はじめは屋根を全て張り替える修理を勧めてもらったのですが、予算の関係で工事は最低限にできないかと伝えると快く承諾してくれ、デメリットを一から教えてくださりながらも強引に工事を勧めてくることもなく、誠実で正直な方なんだなあと思いました。仕上がりも素晴らしく、またお願いしたいと思います。
