★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 残念です。2021/3/7訪問、店員は4人いて1人は納車対応、1人は電話でお客様対応、残る2人にバイクのことを聞いたんだけど、まともな返事がなく店であちこちのバイクを観ていたけど、誰も対応してくれない。絶対にこの店では買わない

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前新車購入しました。トライアンフのスタッフさんは2人で、いない時はユーメディアのスタッフさんがお店に立っている気がする？店長さんを始め、物腰柔らかくとても相談しやすい雰囲気でした。ユーメディアのスタッフさんも丁寧に対応してくださいます。なにより購入後も客と一緒にバイクを楽しもうというスタンスが素敵です。
I bought a new car before. There are only two Triumph staff, and when you're not there, do you feel that you media staff are standing in the store? The atmosphere was soft and easy to consult, including the manager. The staff at UMedia will also be happy to assist you. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年3月に新装開店。二輪館の二階がu-mediaになっていて、その一角もトライアンフの展示スペースに。展示車両が多くなり、商談スペースが広くなり、トライアンフ以外の車両やバイクグッズもアレコレみられて楽しい。
ヤマダ電気、ハーレーの店、イエローハットも敷地内だから、家族で行っても、バイク仲間と行っても、あれこれ楽しめそうな場所。
Newly opened in March 2022. The second floor of the motorcycle building is u-media, and one corner of it is also an exhibition space for Triumph. There are more vehicles on display, more space for business negotiations, and it's fun to see vehicles and motorcycle goods other than Triumph.
Yamada Denki, Harley's shop, and Yellow Hat are also on the premises, so it's a place where you can enjoy various things whether you go with your family or with your motorcycle friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換の依頼に対して、違う店で購入したバイクだと、たとえトライアンフ製でも、混んでいるので１ヶ月待ちと言われました。
オイル交換ぐらい、いつでも応じてほしいと思うし、維持面でトライアンフ車に対する見方も変わってしまいますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜の山下埠頭にあり、都心よりベイブリッジ経由でも、みなとみらい経由でも行けて、ロケーション最高です。駐車場も広くて、ゆっくりバイクも見れます。店員さんも親身に応対してくれます。
Located at Yamashita Pier in Yokohama, it is the best location because you can go from the city center via Bay Bridge or Minatomirai. The parking lot is large and you can see the bikes slowly. The clerk will also take care of you.
