実際にはダメなようで来訪のみ予約制と言われ、
予約もかなり先まで取れないと言われました。
なら、電話で相談したいといったら
時間制限で20分以内で。
と言われたが
電話口の初老の男性は全く知識無いようで
質問には答えられず、
結果来訪予約してくださいとの事。
どういうこと？
他県に居た際は、
電話でも親身に答えてくれたのでガッカリ。
埼玉は親身な人が本当に少ない。
