個人的には味噌ラーメンがおすすめ。
半チャーハンのセットもとにかく安い。
レバニラはボリュームがありますが少し酸味があるので好みはんかれる感じ。
This shop, Cospa is outstanding.
Personally, I recommend miso ramen.
The set of half fried rice is cheap anyway.
Levanilla has a lot of volume, but it has a little acidity, so it feels like it's being tasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広東麺+半チャーハンを いただきました。とあるYouTuberさんがパーコー(豚の唐揚げ)が入っていると 動画あげていたので 興味津々で注文。。。。あれ？普通に豚肉でした。炒め野菜たっぷりの甘口餡は 熱々で火傷注意です。麺は自家製麺でかなり細目の縮れ麺。米沢ラーメンの麺に似ていますが 柔らかくて餡から引き上げると 切れてしまいます。味噌ラーメンも同じ麺だったので 麺物全種同じだと思います。たまに麺団子なってました。
甘め餡が溶け込んだスープは絶妙で美味しかったです。強火で手早く炒められたチャーハンは香ばしくパラパラです。

The soup with the sweet bean paste was exquisite and delicious. The fried rice that is quickly fried over high heat is fragrant and fluffy.

ユーチューブでは、広東麺の肉が、唐揚げ(パーコー)となっていましたが、普通の豚肉でした。
麺は、自家製麺との事で、太さ長さがまちまちで、好みが別れると思います。
広東麺の味付けは少し甘めで美味しく頂きました。
店主のおやじがひとりで切り盛りしているので、コロナ対策は厳密には、対応できていないように見受けられた。

肉と野菜そしてちょっと濃いめの味がいいなと思い回鍋肉定食とジャンボギョーザを注文。
お店の人に「何かインスタとか見てきたの？」と質問をされ、「いや、Google マップを見て来ました。」と言うと「最近、見て来てくれる人が多くてね。」と言ってました。
回鍋肉定食、普通においしい。ボリューム、まぁまぁ。ジャンボギョーザ、具も皮も手作りとメニューに記載、ボリュームがあり、味も良い。ただ、ちょっと油がキツイ。もう少し油を押さえて欲しかった。
店内はそんなに広くないので、時間を少しずらした方が良いかも。
駐車場はお店の左右？上下？にあり4台くらい停められますが、舗装してある方は幅が狭いので注意が必要かも。
