T	Tony Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tour buses really like to stop by here.. look huge from the outside but inside shopping area and food court is small. Worst of all is nothing much to eat.
C	Chawanat Nakasan (lunaticneko) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I go to a ski trip in Nagano (from Osaka) with Orion Tours, they will rest here for two hours on the way back. This is a one-stop shop for many kinds of apple stuff (which Nagano is famous for) that also features a food court. The toilets are subpar for a tour bus stop (so hold it until they stop at a proper Japan Expressway service area if you can). Basically everything is subpar, but enough to get by especially if the other option is to bathe yourself in a cloud of post-skiing foot smell in the bus.

L	Lisa Lisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our your bus stopped here for lunch. Cafeteria is okay. Try the apple juice sample!!! Mind blowing. Then order a cup to go with your lunch. Lots of apple and grape related souvenirs and snacks. Restroom was okay. You come here for the gifts and apple stuff, not for a restroom. The ones off the highway are much cleaner. Our favorite part was that all the cashiers came out when the tour buses were leaving. They actually came out to wave and bow. You don’t get that in the States!
