★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星一つもあたえたくないです。高速道路は歩行者、自転車は進入禁止なのに高速道路を横断して待てと言うひどい会社です。
事故の為、インター手前の公団事務所の駐車場に迎えを、頼んだら駐車場から高速を横断し、路肩で迎車を待てと言う信じられない事を言われました。迎えを頼んだ場所は、無料区間で折り返し出来るインターでした。公団の方に相談し、ここなら上下どちらから来てもUターン出来るからと…。まさか、高速を横断して待てと言われるとは…?人の命をなんだと思っているのか怒りしかありません。運転手さんは良い方でしたが配車担当の女性は一度自分で高速のインターを横断してきて下しい。そんな事出来ないって事を理解してください❗
I don't want to give a star. Highways are pedestrians, and bicycles are forbidden.
Because of the accident, I was told that I couldn't believe I would pick up at the parking lot of the public corporation office just before the interchange. The place where we asked to pick up was an interchange where we could turn around on the free section. We talked to the public corporation, and here we can make a U-turn from either top or bottom ... No way, I'm told to wait across the highway ... I'm just angry at what you think is the life of someone. The driver was good, but the lady in charge of the dispatch once crossed the high-speed interchange by himself. Please understand that you can't do that.
