夏季の葛を使ったお菓子は特に秀逸で、本物の葛の和菓子を経験したことがない方には一度体験いただきたいです。
葛と餡（白小豆のものもあり！）の境目が消えてしまったような、程好い軟度は感動します。上品な甘さは、強すぎず物足りなくもない加減が素晴らしい。
