店員によると「本部の人が高く査定してしまっている」とのこと。明らかに買取オフのミスなのに無責任な対応。
わざわざ足を運んで無駄足でした。
もう買取オフでは査定すらしてもらおうも思いません。
It is a new, unopened item and is presented with a minus 10,000 yen from the time of LINE assessment.
According to the clerk, "the person at the headquarters has highly evaluated it." It is an irresponsible response though it is clearly a purchase-off mistake.
It was useless to go all the way.
With purchase off, I don't even want to be assessed.

売らないと分かった瞬間の態度の
変わり具合。（最初から態度よくはなかったが）肘をつきながら目を掻いた手で客の商品を触る。人によって違うのかもしれませんが
最悪な人に対応されました。何点か持っていきひとつだけ他社より高いものがあり、売却しようかと思いましたがあまりの態度の悪さに売却やめました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エルメスのバッグやルイヴィトン等査定して頂こうお思い持っていこうとしたんですが、店員さんがお店の前でタバコをすいそれを更にポイ捨てする姿が見え、ここはない。。と思いました。
査定だけして頂こうと思ったのですがクチコミにあるように、態度が急変しては困ると思い持っていかなくてよかったと思いました。
他にも沢山買取店があるようなのでそちらの方に持っていこうと思いました。
指導がなっていないと思います。

男性スタッフだったのですが急に態度が変わりビックリしました。
星5つが多いので行こうと思ったのですがレビュー1件の方が多く、あまり信用にならないと思います。
そこのお店さんにとってはたかがシャネルかと思うかもしれませんが、私にとっては大事なバッグです。
きぶんがわるかったです。
近くの買取店で3万以上違いました。
