接客も他のブランドと比べれば落ちますが、悪くはありません。

愛想もなく、さっさと買えよという威圧感が酷かったです。
また、スタッフが物を平気で手袋なしで触るのにぎょっとなりました。
包装も頼みましたが、｢このようにお包しました｣と見せてくれるわけではなく、大丸の袋を業務作業のように物を渡して終わりという感じです。
よっぽど百均とかのほうが接客丁寧だと思いました。
ここの店舗は二度と行きません。
買うんじゃなかったと後悔しかありません。
I bought it as a gift,
There was no amiability, and the intimidating feeling of buying it quickly was terrible.
Also, I was afraid that the staff would feel comfortable touching things without gloves.
I asked for wrapping, but it didn't show me that I wrapped it like this, but I felt like I was done with the Daimaru bag as if it were a business operation.
I thought that 100-yen shops were more polite to serve customers.
I will never go to the store here.
I only regret not buying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的に百貨店に入っているハイブランドショップは敷居が高く、高飛車な店員さんも多いようですが、こちらでは良い対応を受けました。
贈り物候補を探している段階だったので、購入はしないとわかってもらった上で、いろいろ見せていただきました。お名刺に、見せていただいた商品の番号を書いて下さったり、親身になって相談に乗っていただけました。
場所柄インバウンドも多く、来客数も多いので、常に神対応は期待できないのかも知れませんが、良い店員さんもいらっしゃると言うことで・・・。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休憩上がりか対応してきたスタッフがタバコ臭くて喉を痛めました。大丸心斎橋店の他のハイブランドのスタッフはみんな品があり丁寧でタバコの臭いなどした事がありませんが、ここだけは全員ケバケバしく声も酒焼けしているような声でお祭りの縁日みたいです。物だけでなく買い物という体験全てに満足したいので、このブランドを欲しくなった場合は他店舗に行こうと思います。
The staff who responded after the break smelled of cigarettes and hurt my throat. All the other high-brand staff at the Daimaru Shinsaibashi store are elegant and polite and have never smelled of cigarettes, but only here it seems like a festival fair with a fluffy voice and a rosacea-like voice. I want to be satisfied with the whole experience of shopping, not just things, so if I want this brand, I will go to another store.
