★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いの方が居るので何回か伺っています。２０１５年頃に新築された新しい特別養護老人ホーム。
長い廊下が印象的。ユニット型？の個室が完備されているそうです。
室内や廊下、庭は掃除が行き届いているのかとても綺麗な感じでした。
夏場は廊下のクーラーが効いなくて暑くて不快。
職員さんは笑顔で元気よく挨拶して下さり、とても好印象です。
思い切って給料について聞くとニュースで見聞きしたようにお給料は高くないようです。また残念な点として処遇改善金が僅かしか支給されていないと職員の方が言っていたので企業倫理的に問題がありそう。
遠くに北アルプスが、千曲川が近く、周りには畑や田んぼがあり静かな環境で暮らせるのは良いですね。

In the summer, the cooler in the corridor does not work and it is hot and uncomfortable.
The staff smiled and greeted me cheerfully, which made a very good impression.
When I dare to ask about salary, it seems that salary is not high as I saw and heard in the news. Also, unfortunately, the staff said that only a small amount of treatment improvement money was paid, so there seems to be a problem with corporate ethics.
It is good to live in a quiet environment with the Northern Alps in the distance, the Chikuma River near, and fields and rice fields around.
