D	DAIGOROU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内見の予約をしたら「直接物件まで来てくれ」と言われ、車で向かう旨をお話したところ、「駐車場はわかるようにしておく」との事だったが全く準備はされていなかった。当日は、ひどく暑い日だったが窓も開けず、挨拶どころか物件のオススメポイントなど一切話さない男性が来たのみで、こちらで部屋の中を黙々と観るだけの時間。また、猫がいることを話すと、「猫はハードルが高いから物件数がない」との話をされ、「他に猫可で扱っている物件はあるか？」と聞くと「ひとつも無い」と返された。(しかし事前にこの会社のHPを見ていたが、猫と住める物件は他にも掲載されていた。この男性が担当していないだけだったのかもしれないが、つまり嘘をつかれたという感想。知らなかったのなら「調べますね」や「確認してみます」くらい言えばよかったのでは？と思う。) 帰り際も、「じゃ、電話いただければ抑えますので」という軽い挨拶で別れた。結局、その日中に大手の不動産屋へ行き、飛び込みにもかかわらず丁寧に対応していただき、とても良い部屋を抑えていただいた。この会社は二度と使わないしオススメもしない。 When I made a reservation for a preview, I was told to come directly to the property, and when I told him that I was going by car, he said, "I will keep track of the parking lot," but I was not prepared at all. .. In the end, I went to a major real estate agent during the day and responded politely despite the diving, and kept a very good room. This company will never be used or recommended.
