As a personal preference Fukusaburo's fishmeal is strong. Chinese gyoza spices (not very familiar w) are strong. Is it around? I like the gentle taste of sweet dandan noodles, but I would be grateful if you could add some additional seasonings that are recommended for people like me who want to enjoy a stronger taste.
