★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インフルエンザ予防接種で来院しました。時間ギリギリでも受け付けてくれて助かりました。院長先生は感じよかったです。無料のドリンクバーも、ありがたかったです。
ただ行った日の受付の対応が、高圧的で最悪でした。まず来院前に電話で問い合わせしましたが質問のたび「少々お待ちください」と言われて、待たされました。また駅からの行き方案内も、的を得ない感じでした。こんなに駅から近いのに。
来院後は、私が聞く準備出来てないのに自分のタイミングで案内しだし、こちらの様子を見ていません。バカにされている気がしました。持参した問診票が印刷がみ切れていたようですが、院長先生が「受付で気づいてくれたらよかったのにね」と呟いてました。先生も信用してないのでは？
横浜線ユーザーなので、新横浜整形よりこちらの方が利便性ある気がしますが、あの受付の接客では、安心して利用できません、木曜夜以外に来院すればいいのかも、ですが。
I came to the hospital for influenza vaccination. It was helpful to accept me even at the last minute. The director was very nice. The free drink bar was also appreciated.
However, the reception on the day I went was overwhelming and the worst. First of all, I made an inquiry by phone before coming to the hospital, but every time I asked a question, I was told "Please wait a moment" and waited. Also, the directions from the station didn't seem to be right. Even though it's so close to the station.
After coming to the hospital, I started to guide at my own timing even though I was not ready to listen, and I have not seen this situation. I felt like I was being ridiculed. It seems that the questionnaire I brought was out of print, but the director muttered, "I wish I had noticed it at the reception." Don't you trust the teacher?
As a Yokohama line user, I feel that this is more convenient than Shin-Yokohama shaping, but I can't use it with confidence at the reception desk, maybe I should come to the hospital other than Thursday night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付や看護士さんの対応は良いのですが、医者の覇気の無さや態度はかなり悪い印象を受けました。5秒位の問診の後にまた外で待つように言われ、意味不明!? 説明も出来ない医者の態度に呆れるばかりでした。
The receptionist and the nurses responded well, but I got the impression that the doctor's lack of courage and attitude were quite bad. After the interview for about 5 seconds, I was told to wait outside again, and it didn't make sense !? I was just amazed at the doctor's attitude that I couldn't explain.
